Erotica Los Angeles and Playgirl TV Team Up for Ladies Night

LOS ANGELES - The eighth annual Erotica Los Angeles expo will open on Friday, June 18 with its first "Ladies Night", sponsored by Playgirl TV, the recently launched adult channel geared for women.
The line-up for the entire evening will be geared towards women who are 18 and older, with a valid ID. Women will get in free from 4p.m. – 6p.m, and after 6p.m. tickets for women will be 50 percent off until the show closes that night.
"We wanted to kickoff this year's Erotica Los Angeles with a bang," stated Chad Beecher, vice president of marketing for the show. "With the large number of women that attended last year, and the even larger attendance anticipated this year, we wanted to plan events, seminars and bring in talent that would make Friday evening the perfect girls night out. Our friends at Playgirl TV helped make most of that possible."
Playgirl TV, an adult network for women, offers erotic programming produced by and for women. The new adult network is an expansion of the Playgirl magazine brand.
The Playgirl Man of the Year will be unveiled at the expo as part of the Ladies Night festivities. Women at the show that night could win a date with the Playgirl Man of the Year via a Dating Game-style contest.
Other attractions for Ladies' Night includes a key note presentation by Dr. Ava Cadell, the popular love and sex expert, two lingerie shows, two fashion shows, a seminar on botox, and Hollywood Men, a male dance revue.
There will also be a Passion Party, an adult version of the traditional Tupperware parties. Passion Parties rose to national notoriety last year when Joanne Webb, an organizer of Passion Parties in Texas was arrested on obscenity charges for selling a vibrator to an undercover officer.
Erotica LA will last three days, from June 18-20 with over 200 exhibitors introducing new products and concepts in the world of erotic entertainment to the mainstream public.
